ANDREA G. BLOCK

Andrea G. Block has over 18 years of experience representing purchasers, sellers and lenders in all phases of commercial and residential real estate transactions including sales, acquisitions, financing, refinances, development of commercial and multifamily properties, commercial and private lending transactions.

Andrea’s practice has involved a focus on the resolution of complex title issues protecting clients’ interests and investments.  She is knowledgeable in the areas of finance and refinance, counseling clients through the various strategies employed to minimize tax and other expenses.

She is dedicated to providing effective and successful representation of clients with an emphasis on communication, and the understanding of the unique circumstances of each client and their particular needs and goals to ensure that the client is protected and their interests served.  Such characteristics are part of the defining qualities of Bullard Law Group, PLLC and enable us to provide superior representation of all our clients.

Andrea enjoys horseback riding, hiking through the national forests of Pennsylvania, and international travel.
