Aulona Murati

Aulona Murati is an Associate Attorney at the firm, where she concentrates her practice on commercial real estate and transactional matters. In her role, Aulona is involved in the drafting, review, and negotiation of commercial leases and contracts, as well as conducting title review and analysis in connection with acquisitions, dispositions, and financing transactions. She assists in all phases of commercial real estate transactions, including due diligence, document preparation, and coordination with lenders, title companies, and opposing counsel. Her practice also includes supporting loan financing matters and advising on a range of contractual and transactional issues.

Aulona earned her Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, magna cum laude, from St. John’s University, where she also completed a minor in Business Law. She received her Juris Doctor from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, where she graduated with a concentration in Business Law Honors. During law school, she developed a strong foundation in corporate and transactional law, which she now applies in her practice.

Aulona is committed to providing thorough, detail-oriented legal support and takes pride in assisting clients with complex commercial matters. Outside of her legal practice, she values spending time with her family, is highly devoted to the Albanian-American community, and enjoys reading.
