MATTHEW B. BALDASSANO

A 2018 graduate of Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, Matthew Baldassano joins Bullard Law Group’s commercial real estate division.  As a young associate, Matt is no stranger to the real estate market.  Since 2010, he has held different positions in the real estate profession from property maintenance, construction site supervisor to co-owner of a Residential Building and a Real Estate Holding company.

At the firm, Matt is responsible for drafting contracts, leases and closing documents as well as conducting due diligence, reviewing title and easement documentation and preparing lease and contract review memos for various types of commercial transactions.

Matt currently participates in the Nassau County Bar Association Foreclosure Assistance Program as Law Graduate volunteer dealing with foreclosure settlement conferences, residential loan modifications, reverse mortgages and the Mortgage Assistance Program.  He was also a Nassau County Surrogate’s Court Judicial Intern during the Summer 2017, clerking for the Hon. Margaret Reilly.

Matt lives in Mineola and enjoys writing, history documentaries, museums, hiking, travelling and pro-bono volunteer work.  He is a 3^rd degree Knight an active member of the Knights of Columbus – Council 2502.
