MICHAEL R. BERTSCHI

Michael R. Bertschi specializes in residential and commercial real estate acquisitions, sales and financing representing purchasers, sellers and lenders. Prior to joining Bullard Law Group, PLLC, Michael managed a fast-paced real estate department of a mid-sized law firm based in lower Manhattan. He understands and is dedicated to maintaining close lines of communication with our clients, providing sophisticated legal advice with a personal touch. These characteristics are the cornerstone of Bullard Law Group, PLLC, and allow us to represent all our clients effectively and successfully.

Michael has over twenty (20) years of experience in every type of real estate transaction. This experience has allowed Michael to establish solid contacts with title abstract companies, mortgage lenders, real estate brokers and insurance agencies, all of which are invaluable to the clients he represents.

Michael’s vast experience in the real estate field has well prepared him for his duties and responsibilities at Bullard Law Group, PLLC. He is knowledgeable in the areas of refinance and mortgage assumption, guiding his clients through the complexities of commercial and residential finance. He also has extensive experience representing landlords and tenants in connection with commercial leases.

Michael lives with his wife, Krista, and their three children in Coram.
