Michael R. Bertschi specializes in representing purchasers, sellers and lenders in connection with commercial and residential real estate acquisitions, sales and financing. Michael also has experience with representing landlords and tenants in connection with commercial leases. Michael has over twenty (20) years of experience in all types of real estate transactions. This experience has allowed Michael to establish solid contacts with title abstract companies, mortgage lenders, real estate brokers and insurance agencies, all of which are invaluable to the clients he represents.
Prior to joining the Bullard Law Group, PLLC, Michael managed the real estate department of a mid-sized law firm based in lower Manhattan. Michael’s vast experience in the real estate field has well prepared him for his duties and responsibilities at Bullard Law Group, PLLC. He is also knowledgeable in the areas of refinance and mortgage assumption, guiding his clients through the complexities of commercial and residential finance.
Michael graduated from Hofstra University School of Law in May 1997 and was admitted to the New York State Bar in April 1998. Prior to attending law school, Michael graduated from Binghamton University, earning a bachelor’s degree in History.
Michael lives with his wife, Krista, and their three children in Coram.
